Dolce and Gabbana bought the church to the catwalk for fall 2013. Crowns, jeweled earrings and church inspired paintings on clothes ruled the runway. It was like walking into the Vatican, not sure if the pope resigning gave them the inspiration or they were just feeling spiritual. Can't say I'd be interest to wear religious faces on designs, but will be dreaming of the lace dresses.
