Not a typical outfit for Kelly Osbourne but I quite like. She stood out from the crowd at New York fashion week with her bright colour blocking jumper and skirt. Not feeling the hairdo, but it's fun she's experimenting. I wonder how badly Joan Rivers will insult the outfit on Fashion Police.
