Kim Kardashian Pregnant Shoot For Carine Roitfeld Fashion Book

Kim Kardashian made it clear to all the world that she can be pregnant and fashionable, as she poses in Carine Roitfeld's Fashion book, issue 3. Roitfeld collaborated with Karl Lagerfeld and Riccardo Tisci to shoot the latest collectors book. 

Kardashian was styled in various themes, including front cover wearing grills to Miss USA. It's obvious Kim's boyfriend Kanye West had some influence in the shoot, especially the crystal mask that he once wore. Not so sure if having your belly hanging out wearing just a bra is seen as chic or trendy, but Kim does love attention.
